Top up of TADA360 card can only be done by the card issuer. You cannot top up yourself.
The value in TADA360 card will remain intact until the active period of the card expires. To determine the active period of the card, you can log into the website.
TADA360 cards that have been activated should be treated as cash and if the card is lost, immediately contact our Customer Service to block the card. If you want to have a replacement card you will be charged for the new card and your last remaining balance will be loaded on to the new card.
The delivery of gifts to the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek), will take 3-5 business days (excluding Saturday - Sunday and public holidays). For shipment outside of Greater Jakarta area, the shipping will take a longer time. Please contact our Customer Service if your purchase has not arrived within 5 working days.

If the card is damaged or lost you may not be able to use it in retail stores, but you can still redeem at redeem.usetada.com. Make sure you have kept the card number and PIN in order to log in. If you want to have a replacement card you can contact our Customer Service to submit your request.
For Jabodetabek, shipping fee is free until March 31, 2017. Shipping fee applies for those outside of Jabodetabek and will be deducted from your TADA card balance. Shipping fee will depend on the region.
For prepaid phone credit, or pulsa, and PLN has a maximum delivery time limit of 1x24 hours from the time of booking. If it has been more than 1x24 hours, please contact our Customer Service for further service.
E-voucher will be sent within 2 business days to the phone number or email that was entered during checkout.

Yes. Make sure you update the phone number on your redeem.usetada.com account when you change your phone number.
You can check the remaining balance of your TADA360 card after logging into redeem.usetada.com.
There is an option to continue payment through mixed payment where you can partially pay for the item with your debit card (bank transfer) when your TADA360 card balance is insufficient. Please take note that the difference needs to be at least Rp10,000, the minimum amount for bank transfer.
