TADA Card 360

What is a TADA360 card?

TADA360 Card is the all-in-one gift card can be redeemed into a wide selection of gifts such as shopping vouchers, electronics, home furnishings, hotel tickets, airline tickets, credit, donations, and charity at redeem.usetada.com. You can also bring your TADA360 card to be used in retail stores listed at https://redeem.tada.id/merchants.

How do I use TADA360 card?

Your TADA360 card must be activated before it can be used. Once activated, you can:

  • Log in by filling out the card number and PIN received at the time of activation, and start redeeming items.
  • Visit our retail partners’ stores and use TADA360 card for payment.
How do I activate TADA360 card?

Visit http://redeem.usetada.com/card/activationForm and follow the steps for activation.

I did not receive a verification code or PIN text message (SMS) during activation

If SMS is not received within 5 minutes, please contact our Customer Service for further help.

What should I do if I forget my PIN TADA360?

Three solutions when you forget PIN TADA360:

  • Reset your password.
  • Send an SMS to 95899, with the format: TADA[space]RESET[space]cardnumber#phonenumber.
  • Contact Customer Service for further assistance.
I have entered my card number and PIN but still cannot log into redeem.usetada.com.

If you find that you cannot log in, please follow the steps below:

  • Make sure the card number and PIN combination you entered is correct, without the use of a separator sign (-) or spaces.
  • If you are still having problems after inserting your card number and PIN in the correct format, please reset your PIN at redeem.usetada.com.
  • Please contact our Customer Service for further assistance when the points above does not help.
Will I be able to add value in my TADA360 card?

Top up of TADA360 card can only be done by the card issuer. You cannot top up yourself.

I do not want to redeem all my TADA value. Can I still use the remaining value?

The value in TADA360 card will remain intact until the active period of the card expires. To determine the active period of the card, you can log into the website.

What do I do if my TADA360 card is lost or stolen? Will I get a replacement card?

TADA360 cards that have been activated should be treated as cash and if the card is lost, immediately contact our Customer Service to block the card. If you want to have a replacement card you will be charged for the new card and your last remaining balance will be loaded on to the new card.

I have purchased an item on redeem.usetada.com but have not received my gift.

The delivery of gifts to the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek), will take 3-5 business days (excluding Saturday - Sunday and public holidays). For shipment outside of Greater Jakarta area, the shipping will take a longer time. Please contact our Customer Service if your purchase has not arrived within 5 working days.

How do I track my order?

After completing the payment on redeem.usetada.com, click Order Tracking and select the transaction ID to see the detail of your order. The delivery status on this page.

What should I do if my TADA360 card is damaged? Can I still make a redemption?

If the card is damaged or lost you may not be able to use it in retail stores, but you can still redeem at redeem.usetada.com. Make sure you have kept the card number and PIN in order to log in. If you want to have a replacement card you can contact our Customer Service to submit your request.

Do I pay for shipping fee?

For Jabodetabek, shipping fee is free until March 31, 2017. Shipping fee applies for those outside of Jabodetabek and will be deducted from your TADA card balance. Shipping fee will depend on the region.

I did not receive my digital orders (Pulsa, PLN, e-vouchers)

For prepaid phone credit, or pulsa, and PLN has a maximum delivery time limit of 1x24 hours from the time of booking. If it has been more than 1x24 hours, please contact our Customer Service for further service.

How long will it take to send my e-voucher? Where will it be sent?

E-voucher will be sent within 2 business days to the phone number or email that was entered during checkout.

Can I replace my mobile number?

Log in at redeem.usetada.com and go to Change Phone Number to change your phone number.

Do I have to use the same phone number used at the time of activation to reset the password?

Yes. Make sure you update the phone number on your redeem.usetada.com account when you change your phone number.

How do I check my remaining balance?

You can check the remaining balance of your TADA360 card after logging into redeem.usetada.com.

What if my remaining balance is not enough for a transaction?

There is an option to continue payment through mixed payment where you can partially pay for the item with your debit card (bank transfer) when your TADA360 card balance is insufficient. Please take note that the difference needs to be at least Rp10,000, the minimum amount for bank transfer.
